A Story Rooted in the
Mid-20th Century

Founded in the 1950s by architect Oreste Poli, a key figure in the urban transformation of modern Florence, ImpresaPoli was born from a long-standing family tradition.

Oreste’s father, Mario Poli, was already active in the construction industry through his company, “Poli Mario e Figli,” laying the foundations for a deeply rooted building culture shaped by the Florentine territory.

Oreste Poli, an architect of rare sensitivity, left a distinctive mark on Florence’s architectural landscape.

Inspired by the rationalism of Le Corbusier and the elegance of pure, essential lines, he created projects that combine architectural rigor with aesthetic sensitivity.

His vision took shape in works defined by clean lines, balanced proportions, and a modern interpretation of space.

Under the leadership of architect Mario Poli, the company evolved into an integrated general contractor, capable of managing every stage of a real estate project — from property sourcing and asset analysis to design, permitting, and construction. A fully integrated approach where architecture, technical expertise, and investment come together.
